- O cliente quer sempre pagar menos e que você faça maravilhas (que nem as putas!)
- Quando te perguntam em que vc trabalha, vc tem dificuldade de explicar (que nem as putas!)
- Se as coisas dão errado, é sempre culpa sua (que nem as putas!)

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped.
